RIDR operates a brokerage platform for private ride sharing and for the brokerage of taxi rides with licensed taxi companies. RIDR is not a carrier and does not itself provide transport services. Rides are agreed exclusively between the users. Contributions from passengers are a share of the ride costs and not a fare.
